Canterbury CDEM Group Plan Hearings

 

The Canterbury CDEM Group Plan is the strategic plan for the Civil Defence Emergency Management Group for the Canterbury region. It's purpose is to enable communities, local authorities and emergency response agencies to better manage hazard risk in Canterbury. 

The CDEM Act 2002 requires that CDEM Groups develop and implement Group Plans. These plans are also required to be reviewed and updated. This draft plan is the Canterbury CDEM Group’s second generation plan. 

Submission Hearing- 7th April 2014

Selwyn District Council 

Commencing 1:30pm

The hearings of the submission on the Canterbury CDEM Group Plan will be heard by a sub committee of the Joint Committee comprising of Mayor Kelvin Coe, Mayor Claire Barlow, Mayor Lianne Dalziel and Commissioner Rex Williams.
